Found these today while looking through my cash. I don't know what the marking is but on both bills it's nearly identical and those bill are consecutive. I thought someone might have used sharpie to sign it for kicks but it didn't bleed through the bill at all. Thought? I just thought it was random and interesting
Looks like someone signed "Jr" and Junior on it. They also look like $2 dollar bills just in case you didn't know what they were LOL
Yeah, I just couldn't figure out what the mark was. There is no impression where the mark is or anything it's like someone stuck them in a home printer. I am new to collecting but I do know what 2 dollar bills are haha^^
The markings are not quite identical and are in different position, which is a good clue that they were applied by hand. Probably done by some guy named "junior."
Maybe the guy decided to sign the whole stack lol. I appreciate the responses it was just interesting to me and I wanted to know what it was. It's cool to find even random things like this since I've only ever found star notes finding something random is cool too.
Ever find a "Where's George?" stamped bill? You log the bill online and see where the bill has been. I think the people that stamp and release the bills get points when you log there bill. That is not what these bills are though.
No haha. I am new but not dumb. I just found it interesting that someone marked them like that in a row. I also found them at seperate times and just happen to notice before I spent them.
