It's been explained a million times in a million threads. The government is aware and haven't brought charges. To me that is evidence they feel differently

Exactly. He's doing everything right to avoid crossing the line. It's as simple as that no matter how much the forum few want the line moved

Can you provide me anything from the government that says "we know these exist and we don't care"? I would like to see it.

No my interpretation doesn't matter go read post #575 specifically go and read the entire linked Hobby Protection Act or read the excerpt I provided. That is not interpretation or opinion it's the actual law and it is very very clear that imitation numismatic items must be marked 'copy'. And just because the government moves incredibly slow in doing anything doesn't mean they are never going to act or get around to taking action.

And again if you or any other Carr supporter want to try and explain why after having read the relevant court opinions, actions as well as the HPA itself, on why Carr's items don't need to be marked 'copy'. I'm all ears and very open to consider what defense allows his coins to be unmarked. I'd also like to know just how his works don't meet the definition of 'imitation numismatic item' as defined by the court and still used as precedent to this day. As they seem to meet the definition almost word for word but again if someone wants to elucidate why they don't meet that criteria and thus are exempt I'd like to hear and consider the reasoning for that.

I'm not sure if something in writing exists but common sense is all that is needed to understand that they don't care. He's been out in the open for damn near a decade. Do you honestly think they are just biding their time letting him continue all these years if they felt they had a case against him.

Can you provide me anything that says they know you are posting online and they are okay with it? Thankfully we don't live in that type of society

Read any other thread its all there including long responses directly from Carr himself. Until a court convicts and the appeals process runs out there are a lot of gray areas where people are just expressing opinions. If the law was as cut and dry as it is being presented good lawyers would never lose a case from having a different interpretation.

Perhaps, since you're so bored and have nothing better to do than post nonsense, you'd like to answer my earlier question and explain what gives you and the fanhood the right to dictate what others do with their time?

Just an aside here.........I know DC's tokens sell on ebay. Has anyone reported them as 'fakes' and what (if any) actions have been taken by ebay?

My post is about Mr. Carr's products, as is this thread, you are on the wrong thread, but since most have you ignored, they think I'm just crazy. They are correct.
