I had this note graded and received it back this week. It was graded AU-53 EPQ or Exceptional Paper Quality. I was very pleased with the grade. As the first photo shows, where are the seals, serial number and other missing information go? The answer to that question is, look at the second photo. They were printed on the back of the note. It’s listed as a Overprint on Back Error. It’s a neat error as you just don’t see that many of them. The note is a 1988A series.
Cool error! I know it doesn't matter to you but what is an error like this worth taking in account the grading fees?
Not sure of it’s value but the note was inexpensive and grading was less than $30 so I’ll make out nicely on this note.
