I sort of have a second job. But I can't really speak about it here. It helps me but the extra money is for paying my bills such as credit cards, utilities etc.

I plan to hit the beaches more than the parks this year. There is a bigger chance of finding gold jewelry there! Gold is up so it will definitely pay off.

I'm planning to. But those would be the major attributed coins. Such as my nickel struck on cent planchet, double struck and brodstruck Kennedy half, Cnet struck on dime planchet and a few others that could bring in some good money. Not now though.

I have. That would be for when I'm ready to move in about 3 to 4 years. I will need new furniture ;)

Maintenance and Fire and Life safety director for a commercial building in midtown NYC. I just celebrated 9 years at the location. 12 years with the company.

I do cleaning, freight elevator, security, light plumbing and electrical, painting, simple construction such as sheetrock and window & door adjustments, package deliveries & shipping for the tenants and building furniture with installation such as Ikea products. And I receive all the beer, liquor and food for the famous Oscar Wilde Restaurant located at street level. New Yorks longest bar!

I understand the process. I have been on eBay for over a decade ;)
The good thing is that I have 100% positive feedback so that helps a lot.

That will be what I might do in the future if I need any more money

    Thanks for your input.

I just consigned most of my classic gold and silver commemoratives to Great Collections. So far, I am pleased with the process. They are very tuned in to client communication along every step of the process. Also, their fees at 5% are extremely reasonable. I have not purchased from E-bay in years. I have error coins in my collection and I do have a penchant for planchet errors.

Best of luck with your renovation project.

A few pictures of our home. The roof was completely fixed and sealed. We also added 4 drainage holes and made the original ones bigger.
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, living room and kitchen. I need to paint it and get new windows. That's the next step!

Will you have room for a garden? When we had a place in the Florida Keys I loved being able to plant a couple of citrus trees. For a guy who was born in NY it was a special treat to be able to pick key limes from my own bush. Our yard was very small but we managed to get a couple of trees/bushes in it.

After living in New York City for a few years, I felt uncomfortable in my small home town in KY and realized it was because there WEREN'T bars on all the windows.

I understand, but it is sad we have to live like we live in a 3rd world country like Venezuela. I see a glimmer of hope going forward in 2025. Take that for what it's worth.;)

Honestly I would be surprised if the downtown areas of ANY city in the United States with a million or more population doesn't have shuttered windows.

    Definitely!

We have an area to the left of the house that have some small trees growing that are giving us fruits and herbs. We have a starfruit tree, a lemon/orange hybrid and green plantains. My family nearby have avocado, breadfruit and mango trees.

As you can see in the image of the house (Google maps) we have a good-sized area to cultivate in the future. The house also has a cement foundation connected to it which will be our future plant conservatory. We plan to turn the middle bedroom into a storage area. We need to eliminate the only window there and create a doorway that would lead out into the conservatory.

The big building on the top of the picture is a Pentecostal Church. To the right is an abandoned house with overgrown bush. We are separated by a fence and a cement wall. We are located on the corner of Robinson Ave and Thomas Street.

This is the cement foundation. It no longer looks like that. I got rid of all the unnecessary item, cut the overgrown plants and power washed the cement.

Here are pictures from the roof top

I lost a Guayaba tree in the last hurricane. It's the one that fell on its side.
I cut it up in my last trip :(

You can see a little how bad the roof looked before the repairs were done.

And orchids. Will you be able to grow your orchids outdoors?

Yes of course. We will be cultivating orchids more than anything else. There are 2 types of orchids. The types that need shade and others that can withstand plenty of sunlight. We want to open our orchid business from our home.

Hello everyone. I wanted to start list the mint error coins for tomorrow Monday.

But I had a family emergency that has backed up this project a bit.

I had to rush my mom to the emergency room via ambulance yesterday. She had chest pains.

    She's better now and home

Hopefully I will list on Tuesday or Wednesday the latest.
