Lincoln and Kennedy Cent - Counterstamp

    Hopefully later I will post mine. I know I have it as it was a special gift from my Uncle William , also a coin collector !
    I do believe that the 1964 date was the first year these counter stamped coin became available .
    Mine is still in the 2x2 as it was given to me.
    There's also one other cent I'll post also that he gave me.
    As a YN I recall seeing these written up in Coin World.
    Now if I can find mine.....

    Why not purchase a letter set and put each letter of the alphabet + zero to nine on 36 different circulated Lincolns? That should really expand your collection! :happy:

    Straight fake. Sorry. I have one and my Kennedy is no way in that Bad of a shape. Somebody maded that coin.

    :rolleyes: Somebody made all of them. They were done by different "manufactures." I'll bet there are at least a dozen differently shaped "Kennedy Heads." None of them are fakes...just altered coins made as novelties!
