Finned Coin vs PMD

Looking through 1936 pennies. I have not seen a coin where it has separated from its rim. Would this be PMD or Finned Rim?

I am going to say that your coin has post mint damage.

 

Looks like it took a hit so damaged. Despite being a 1936, it is considered a common date.
