New one dollar bill

Discussion in 'Paper Money' started by Robert Theroux, Jan 27, 2025.

  1. I got a new dollar bill with what looks to me like the front of a bill printed on the back of the bill, but looks reversed. I have attached a picture of the front and back of the bill.
Can anyone help and let me know if it adds any value to it.
Thank you in advance for any and all information. C57780000 F - 97.4%.jpg C57780000B R .jpg

Very faintly. Just extra ink left on the rollers?? I could be wrong.
    Mine is more pronounced...

I like your bill, but it's not too unusual for the black ink from the front to bleed a little onto the sheet above it, or for the embossing to show on the reverse. If it had actually been printed on both sides it would not be in mirror image letters.

Yours is much more visual for sure, I can barely see the outline of the president on mine it is very faint

Not mine--that's on Sensible Sal's post. His is a very pronounced example.

Yours appears to be a bleed through due to slightly heavier ink than normal.
