Well they say $20 on them. Really, when you're getting that exacting, we're going to have to see her. Every PCGS64 isn't a PCGS64. If you get my meaning. Or, just go by their book, they're tracking the market.
Looks like about $1650 would be a decent price. It's not a rare coin, so you should be able to cherrypick for grade a bit. Don't just buy the first one to come along.

Paul's linked site is always my first stop when a question like yours is asked. Occasionally I bring up Heritage's archive separately; sometimes one or two of their records don't get transferred for a different coin, and it makes coin-coin comparison faster. When researching pricing in this fashion, look at the outliers, the prices which seem too high or too low. Look at the coin itself, the number of bidders in that particular auction, and the venue (was it a large coin show, or just an Internet-only auction?). Each of those factors helps to explain why that particular coin went for that price on that day.
Right. I slipped into "no motto" mode, too. Anyway, same methodology as above, $3000-3400 and make sure it's a nice one.
Having recently forgotten that Carson City Morgans carry an intrinsic premium, I'm hardly one to nag about it.
