I got mine, and mine's been delivered according to tracking. All good here.

 

Got mine today. It's a "Variety Slabbing Service 2017" calendar. To be honest, I don't think I have ever seen a coin calendar. The USPS put a slight bent into it, but that's to be expected. At least they didn't fold it in half! lol. Thanks SS, will be hanging this up by my desk.

 

Well I also caved, my youngin has been grabbing the present off my desk all day and after a few brews I said OK and let him tear it open. My CT SS must have ESP as I've really been giving Kennedy half's major consideration lately, as with baby #4 on the way my wife has been cutting into my coin allowance lol.
Thank you CT SS the coin is absolutely beautiful. The cameo is so strong the coin looks 3d in hand & my pictures certainly don't do it justice. 2007 is also a special year for me as it's both the year I was married and the year my first daughter was born. Merry Christmas everyone

 

That's the work of @messydesk, who is....kinda good at shooting coins. Anyone can learn to capture sharp images, but for some there's more to a coin picture than technical details. The difference between "quality" and "expression" is context, and John gets it.

It also helps to start with really nice coins.

 

Got mine, opened mine - what can I say, I've never been one to be patient. THANK YOU to my Secret Santa for a Civil War token (Fuld 49-343a, to be exact). It's going through the copper conservation process (top secret) now, pictures to follow soon.

Ok, after seeing the postings I couldn't resist any longer, and when my wife and son encouraged me, I tore it open.

My SS from California did some good sleuthing on me and sent me a number of error coins, something I've been looking into this year. In fact I had lost out on one last week on eBay, so this was perfect!

The double-clip was especially appropriate as the coin I had been bidding on had been a clip error also.

Add to that stacking silver, and the 1947 Aztec 5 Peso piece, and I am a happy camper! Thank you Secret Santa! I am overwhelmed by your generosity as well as the work you put into this for me. Thank you!!!

 

I love all those pics and the gifts that are opened already. But I am still waiting (unbelievably). It is soooooo hard.
