Is this a double ear on front and is the reverse doubled leaves or a clash and letters on reverse the u's and m? Thanks
Thanks for photos. It's hard to say for sure not being able to see coin in 3D. But it looks like there is an extra device under the arrow heads, my guess would be a die chip in that area. From looking at the other devices on the reverse i would say it has a "Late Die Stage" strike.Letter have concave feature to them, they dont seem to be flat at top of letters. Last letters of Pluribus very weak at bottom like being struck through grease. arrow shafts not well defined near feather end.
Only looks like die deterioration doubling not valuable doubling. Not sure what's going on under the arrows would need a better crisper photo.
Please do. There seems to be alot going on around that bundle of arrows. It looks different with each review.
I would also say DDD, especially the letters. The area under the arrows is most likely struck through, grease build up and debris. www.varietyvista.com has full pics of known DDOs and DDRs if you are interested in looking up the date of your quarter.
