There's a what looks like die scratch ,I think that's the right term,also there is a extra throat,and what I think is a doubled eye and lips,can't find any info,but seen there's plenty of varieties on the 55 thanks for the assistance. ...

Could be a slight Clash of the memorial on the Reverse side. One of the columns.

Here is the WHEAT CENT overlay.. could the the N in CENT. See at the neck area?

 

I see something else by the outer eye ,could the pressure from the clash make that die crack on the forehead?

I don't think that is a Die Break but more of a Lamination. I saw something called a Cracked Skull Cent. Maybe this is one of them.
