Broadstruck? Clash? Misaligned? Pmd?

I thought that this might be a vice job, but wouldn't the letters be backwards if that was the case?

If it was a broadstrike, clash or misaligned die, how can you explain the fact that "7991" was impressed on a 2000-D coin?

I was also looking at the rim of the coin to see which category it might fall into (misaligned or broad struck). And as far as the impressions go, it looks like someone would have had to of "viced" this cent, several times from several different angles....on the obverse and reverse.
