This horse's head from Cartage is the nicest I Horsehead.jpg could find. Any better profile ?

That is a BEAUTIFUL coin @PMONNEY ... looks great, centered, and stands out well. What is the weight and size? My bronzes are generally rough, and not as crisp as yours! Glad you were able to learn how to post (it was not easy for me to find the start thread button when I began :) ), as you have some great coins to share!

I like horses on coins, but I don't want to own one in real life. Your horse is excellent.

Wow, that's a poor photo, but I great OP-coin!! (congrats, PMONNEY)

Hey, I'm pretty sure that there's a similar coin-thread running in parallel to this cool thread ... but hey, I'll toss-in a few sweet horse-profiles (yup, showing-off horse coins never gets old, eh?)

All these are a matter of opinion. My one with the best surfaces has a terribly flat strike. We love our homely children also.

Great horses, all! I must admit, though, that I'm trying to figure out how that giant Japanese pteranodon of Alegandron's found its way into this thread...
