more Chand Mystery coin? Auction described it as.... Yadavas of Devagira AV Padmatanka ND Ramachandra 1271-1310AD However it looks different big time from John Deyell illustration. Maybe unique?

Dacian Gold Stater of Koson (minted sometime between 44 and 42 BCE), which used to be a part of the Euclidean Collection:
Recently brought to my attention that this piece came from the Virgil Brand collection (sold in 1996 in Leu Numismatics auction 67, lot 3459). I did some research to original catalogues and sure enough photos confirm it is the same piece. I am exploring feasibility of having it reholdered to recognize the pedigree.
I did a similar thing with this one. Attributed to "The Globus Collection" in the May 2024 Heritage auction, I first had to find out that it was Dr. Alfred R. Globus. I found at least four previous auctions of it with no mention of Globus. It went through two different slabs without the provenance either. So I wondered how Heritage attributed it. There were 26 different auction catalogues in the Stack's archive selling off the Globus collection, and I finally found my coin in their May 1998 auction. I had never heard of him but he obviously had thousands of amazing coins.
Famous collections all have one common denominator/ these are all very RICH people. Tyrant/ Eliasberg/ Walton/ Newman/ Farouk/ Brand/ Popkien/ we ordinary folk just cannot compete John
