It's hard to tell from the small photo whether it is filled or simply squashed a bit from circulation. Regardless, it is only worth 1c. Don't retire just yet. Chris
Looking it the picture it does not really fit the characteristics of a Die Chip which would then make it a filed mint mark. The mint mark is one of the smallest letters on the Cent, besides the VDB, and it is easily damaged during circulation. It wouldn't have any premium anyway if it was filled. But thanks for sharing.
