You guys are really stressing me out with praise for your gifts. Mine is sort of a long shot for my giftee.

 

I think my giftee have got their package today. Waiting is stressful, but I'm now happy as one can be

i opened mine.

i made it 4 days longer than i thought i would!

 

We got a nice envelope from Singapore in our mailbox today. I don't know how long we will be able to wait...

 

Flip a coin to decide when to open it. Heads, you open the package now. Tails, you open the package in 15 minutes.

 

I pretty good with patience these days. Just don't ask my sons about their formative years. I will wait till the 17th!

 

I got back home from a short trip yesterday and a packet from my Secret Santa was waiting for me. I justified opening it because :
1) after you get home from an out of town trip, there's just nothing like opening an envelope of new coins
2) my giftee has already received the gift I sent, so I'm not feeling guilty about opening mine
3) some others here have already "accidentally" opened theirs

I was gifted a nice card and two seriously good-looking coins that are exemplary specimens of what they are... quite a bit nicer than similar coins I own. It goes without saying, but I'm pleased with and very grateful for the gift. I'll post 'em when I get a chance to photograph them. Many thanks to my Secret Santa!

 

When I was a kid (back in the stone age), I would sneak around till I found my Christmas presents. Sounds a lot like some people here on CT. Santa is not pleased

Whoo Hoo, I received mine yesterday, the good news I will be able to wait to open until the 17th. Also in the mail was some recent auction wins. I opened those right up. I kept staring at the Secret Santa gift but I can wait, I know I can. I think.

 

i should have added i was very happy with my gift as well, i'm looking forward to posting it.

As written above my package has reached destination and my secret Saturnalia gift arrived today in my mail box. Very excited at waiting to open it

I'm lucky though, because I made a mistake (not a big one fortunately) at giving my address to JA, but the letter arrived at destination safe and sound. Whoever he or she is, a big thank you to my secret Santa (hope I'll be able to discover who is hidding behind him (her))

While it is not quite yet Saturnalia, I have been wanting to thank JA - not just for overseeing this - but for his weekly auction. While I admit I rarely buy anything, seeing his auction always brings a smile to my face, and is often a highlight of my week on Cointalk. Thank you, Sir!

I profusely apologize to my match! Life (and a snowstorm) has caught up with me these passed couple weeks and I haven't had a chance to get to my package in the mail. It will be heading out these weekend!

My gift has arrived and while I haven't opened it yet I don't expect it to last much longer.

 

My gift from my secret Santa arrived today!

I will wait until Saturnalia begins to open it.

I have very wide collecting interests and love (coin) surprises so I am sure I will be pleased!
