    I voted BIE. Not because I am over educated on the subject. In fact, I only just received my very first BIE cent as a thoughtful gift from @Inspector43 ..... I just voted BIE because I like the romanticism or them.

    Definitely looks like BIE to me. I've got one of these somewhere around here. Lost track of it and haven't located it since. Nice find though!
