It is a large date. One way to see if it is a small date is not to look at the 7 as being small, look at it as being miss placed, and most importantly as being "pushed up".

Now, thinking what I just said, look at your coin and then at photos that ToriS posted above and back to yours. Do you see the 7 pushed up?
