Well? Since it's almost 75 years old, it has to be adult acne. (My bill will be in the mail), ;).

Oh, I know... I guess the one hit on the steps is precluding it. I thought it would qualify.

I remembered Randy stated in another thread to take a photo upside down. Then I flipped it. See if it’s better.

I have had too many of these, here is the latest one I picked up, with interesting toning and residing in an NGC old fatty slab.

I was hoping for undesignated full steps from really bad photos, but no such luck.

That would have been awesome. Have you ever seen those pimples on a Jeff?
You have looked at many more Nickels than I.

My specimen is without acne. It has the roller marks since it was an ender so the gold tone is disrupted by the shiny burnished metal.

The one in my display. I thought it was an unattributed FS till I photo'd it years ago. The lower marks on the 5th step aren't as bad as they look, this coin is hard to photo it is tilted in the inner sleeve. The center mark does break the step.

I was just strolling thru the Woodie thread. @Sting 60 do you mind posting your 50D. Looks to have the same pimples.
