My bad. I thought ANACS and ICG were considered "major" grading services. They do not recognize the 1922-D "No D" coins and include them with the "Weak D" specimens. You see, PCGS and later NGC were founded and staffed by coin dealers. These guys started out as "rookies" when compared to the professional authenticators at ANACS and other services. The "rookies" knew how to grade and price coins. Their authentication and variety skills came later. In some cases, much later.
