OK, off topic story. My daughter (many years ago) lost her orthodontic retainer while at school. It seemed likely that she threw it out with the reminents of her bag lunch. We went back over to the school and went through the dumpster (found the retainer) and in our searching, found a dozen apples that students had thrown out with the school supplied bag lunch.

 

Great that you found the retainer, just sad how much food gets wasted.
Oh by the way if the rolls are already buttered that's even better.

That's a very common occurance. You could probably feed every horse in America with the daily apples that are thrown away in every school.

 

Absolutely, they ain't cheep...washed and disinfected however.
