This seller is trying to sell a gold clad coin, I mean in a sense he's being honest with his description but deep down he's hoping for that one idiot who's dumb enough to think they're buying a genuine gold buffalo coin. Coin says copy right on it so hopefully viewers pass on it. These sleazy sellers really get me worked up as the bottom line is they're really just a thief either way you look at it! just sharing!

New seller also. Not starting out very good, right?
Check this statement.... "This is a rare hard to find gold plated coin". LOL.

Yes I guess he's only half a sleaze, the reverse of the coin with the 1 oz .9999 fine gold is the key! :D What's worse is these sellers who are selling President $1 coins for hundreds of dollars and they list it as a gold coin, waiting for some fool to come by and buy it, that's cold! :(

Yes, it's always smart to buy from a person with "0" feedback for a tourist token.

Report it and see what happens. Ebay policy forbids replica coins, period. It clearly says COPY on the coin. There is no question that it's a replica and a violation. See what their AI has to say in response.

I'm sure they have a nice complaint Dept.! They refer you to a woman. They say to go to Helen Waite.

I just noticed that there is a new reporting mechanism and the old one will be deprecated. New dropdown options and 1000 character limit (I think the old one is 150). I reported it both ways just to see what would happen. The new method is the ? button in the lower right of a listing.

With all the bad comments, why is his feedback rating so high. I'd stay away from him. Maybe, a while ago, he was honest, but not now. Feel sorry for the buyers.

Not sure what the deal is, but I bet he passed away unexpectedly and his family has no way of closing his Ebay store. I did buy a folder from him never got my folder but was able to get a refund.

Seems like something happened to them. Their store has a message saying "we are sold out", no listings anymore. I don't know how a store works on ebay though. Do sales keep going automatically if nobody is there to respond anymore? What happens when a seller has a bunch of items listed and they die?

Good Question. I would think it would depend on a Living Will if there is one. If not, then it would go to the Probate court. (No charge :p).
I'd like to from others though. ;)

I'm not talking about any estate issues, just wondering if sales keep happening automatically when no one is at the helm. One feedback does say "I requested a cancellation but was denied" which implies some sort of interaction, but perhaps that was an automated response too.

I would ask Ebay but many people are going to be unhappy if they win something and don't receive it. Interesting thought.
