    IF ONE OF YOU COULD HELP ME OUT HERE. I CAN NOT FIND ANYTHING ON OR ABOUT THIS US PENNY I FOUND IT IS A 1990 D OVER ? OVER ? IF YOU COULD LET ME KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS AND WHAT OR AROUND ABOUT THE VALUE OF THIS THANK YOU

    I HOPE I'M NOT BEING TOO LOUD FOR YOU, BUT ALL I SEE IS SPLIT PLATING WITH ZINC ROT AROUND THE MINT MARK. IT'S A SPENDER.

    1990.jpg A little pictulated. I agree for zinc rot. The copper platteing is so thin.

    It's Zinc Rot. What you see behind the D is just a plating issue... In 1990 the Mintmark was part of the obverse die design. It was not punched is so it cannot and it is not a RPM D/D..

    IMG_0099.JPG This is Friday I have a 1968 penny with the in the letter w look it have a error in look closely at word in God we trust and the word so close to the Rim and that (w) is thick.
