What does "fr. 219 var" mean? Is this a slight variant of a more common coin?

The Fr. 219 var. (no idea) Friedberg does list one type from Camilo with different reverse/ shield instead of Virgin Mary. Most of the few gold coins known from this Count are with shield rev. and few with Him ruling with Brother. This example sold NAC auction/ way different
