    Hmm, wise guy, huh?
I don't like it. Not one stinking Bit.

Do you know someone named Penny? Is that Penny's penny? o_O
If Penny has more than one Penny then she has Pennies.

1983 Cents were minted on Copper Plated Zinc Planchets. I think it is a simple plating bubble. Neat but nothing major.

Since you asked what we think, I think it's practically useless to post a distant image of a screen showing a magnified image of one tiny area of a coin. Trying to judge anything specific requires seeing and evaluating the entire coin, both sides.

"Penny's" shows possession. "Pennies" means multiple. We learned that in elementary school.

That's what I think, since you asked.

If I had to guess I’d say it’s a copper coated zinc cent from 1983 that has a common blister. Very common and only worth one cent.

:wideyed: Have you tried some calamine lotion or hydrocortisone?

hey I’m new here but I had a question about a 1983 penny. I’m trying to figure out what’s on the corner of the Memorial Building, under the “I” in America

There's nothing under the "I" in America. But on the corner of the Memorial are the engraver's initials

Under the I in AMERICA is the top right corner of the building and nothing is there. If you can post photos it may be a die chip which has formed a bees nest but that’s only a guess. Welcome to CT.
