Don't worry about the company too much. It's unheard of. I can't find any reference to the service. That said the service did a decent job of grading the coin IMO.
    It's in the ballpark.
    Here it is.

I will start another thread on the slab.
Well maybe you can find a reference. Or maybe @Conder101 or @Burton Strauss III know of the company.
It is USRCS, United States Rare Coin Services LLC

    MS-63.

It's very close to being MS-64, but not close enough in my opinion.

What is that mark through the 'R' in America (reverse)?

Agree to 63. Really nice luster, normal bag marks and face chatter, imo…and a decent strike, too…Spark

It's a carbon spot, also noticed in the photo cert.

I'm in at MS62. I was in at 63, until that mark was identified as carbon.

I was thinking 62 but thought I might be a bit low... but looking again now, I'm still at MS62

Let me get a photo. I have seen worse surface on a toned coin.

That black mark on the reverse looks like a mark from a Sharpie, a magic marker. I’d be in the MS-64 group. And I’ve never heard of that company. They may have went 65 on her.

So, I looked at some of the responses and then looked back at my Photos, I have been outside for the summer and realize that I have forgotten my camera. Gonna have to get that on track for the winter.
Are these Photos better? I will just say it there is zero way this is a 62.:D:p

Not sure how to grade these other than by photograde but I trust you on the MS64 guess. :)

Solid MS63, but just a little too much on the obv focal areas for higher.

If it's the slab I'm thinking of, it has the company name standing out from the slab with blue on the lettering.

It's a FPG still in business
