Same pawn shop. I'm not familiar with nickels or much for error coins but the top of the "S" caught my eye???? Is this doubling or something else.
You may want to research this one some. There's a 1960 D bar nickel with the bar in the date. This could be a new find with the bar in another device " a letter" as well this is Philadelphia coin not a Denver minted coin. There are threads on CT about the 60 D bar nickel. This could be a die chip or a dropped broken letter.
Just received this one in the mail. I had to use more indirect lighting than I care for but this one is so lustrous I couldn't capture the details very well. The details are what makes this one in my opinion.
