Not true. I've done it several times. What it will do is have the same coin in the data base more than once, with different cert numbers. You can contact PCGS customer service and have them delete the unwanted item.
That is one tough slab to find!! That is a PCGS Regency slab that was very short in production and commands quite the premium just for the slab itself.
