    This is technically a cross from NGC and not new acquisition. Not FB, but 90% of the way there for 1/5 of the price. The 17-D is a really undervalued coin in my opinion. At MS65, it is pop 24, only 4 higher in non-FB. And there are only 46 in 65FB or higher.

    Oh boy, scored a real winner today! Granted, it is seriously circulated but to think, I found a coin minted only a year after our Civil War ended, what a rush! 1866 S seated dime, on or about 136000 minted according to online sources.     I see it on eBay now at about 100% markup.

    $999 and I know it was acquired for $517. I was at $450. But Friscomint beat me in the end. But no way can I go to $999.
