*07661151A, how do I see series and print for this bill?!
Also is this serial anything other than a spender?!

You have what is called a "star note" It's a keeper in my book. I believe that when a sheet of bills get damaged at the mint, they reprint those numbers with a star in the serial number. Thats about all I know.

    rickmp Frequently flatulent.

You are somewhat correct. The don't reprint the numbers, they just grab an already printed sheet of star notes to replace the damaged sheet. The numbers are not reprinted, nor will they match the damaged sheet.

I knew they are used for replacement. So technicaly there could be two bills with the same serial number, one with a star and one without. Thanks.
The series is 1957A. Not sure what Jen04976 meant when asking about print.

No, the star is because the original bill is destroyed...

Ok, I see. It's not very likely that the star replacement # would match the # of a previously printed note.
