Something to pass the time with my insomniac brain. I figured that it was but what finds if it was true though, huh?

Those are totally staged videos. They always use the same dramatic music :hilarious:

Metal Detectorist Took Artifacts at Fort Linked to French and Indian War, North Carolina Cops Say
    The Charlotte Observer

A mysterious series of holes discovered at the site of an 18th-century fort has led to the arrest of an overzealous artifact hunter, according to investigators in North Carolina.

The destruction happened July 27 on the grounds of Fort Dobbs State Historic Site, which housed soldiers during the French and "Security cameras captured footage of a young, white male using a headlamp and a metal detector to search the area."

"(The man) confessed to trespassing on the historic site and using his metal detector to unearth several items that had been buried since the fort's establishment," officials said.

The guy who dug this is a real quirky character. I’m pretty sure he’s the real deal.

Those “2000 year old” supposed “coins” are cartoonishly bad. I mean, I knew it was a fake video long before they showed up, but… wow. Dude could’ve at least bought some cheap uncleaned Romans to pull off the hoax.

PS- I posted a comment on how fake his video was, and just got a “like” from the guy. LOL :hilarious:

Guess he likes being called out on the hoax. Oh, well, everybody has fun in their own way, I suppose.

I'm going to use a couple willow branches and go divine up an 1804 dollar from my yard! That would also make an awesome video. :)
