I just received this 1877 SLH with a large die crack on the reverse, and numerous fine die cracks around the periphery of the obverse (stars 1-13, including head and cap) and reverse (almost continuous through the lettering, arrow heads, denomination, olive leaves, and back into the lettering.

Has anyone seen or read about this reverse die crack or die marriage? I've contacted several prominent collectors and dealers and have come up with nothing on this DM.

[plural] US slang. 1. : something that is said to publicly thank and give special attention to someone for doing something : credit or recognition. Props to everyone that made this movie a success. All of the performers deserve mad props.

    And Thanks!

Finally pulled the trigger on one I’ve been looking for for a while. It’s a bit more worn than most (and probably has been cleaned?), but I actually love the patina. (A surprising amount of die rotation, too.)

Not exactly new additions, but the seated quarters haven't been shown here yet. And I thought I'd try my luck at some better pictures of the quarter eagle from before. 20240704_123919.jpg 20240704_124044.jpg 20240704_124314.jpg 20240704_124340.jpg 20240704_125519.jpg 20240704_125551.jpg 20240704_130019.jpg 20240704_130108.jpg 20240704_131613.jpg 20240704_131812.jpg

Are there any more IH Quarter Eagles that you don't have? I've lost track. But I do very much like that you've managed to get them all in 55 to 58 grades and nice-looking ones at that.
