Buying coins through Walmart?

    Most of the products are advertised there, but are actually from APMEX. The items, if shipping fees are applicable, are often included.

    It's likely Walmart advertising APMEX as a way to get a commission from them. While I don't know much about it, I wouldn't consider buying lower-priced coins from the Walmart site.

    In 1962, when the first store was opened. The Founder/Owner was an avid collector. He sort of mimicked Sears in the area of retail area for hobbies.

    YW. I know a lot of useless stuff. It is a burden and a curse, but wadamigonnado.

    I bought a Bicentennial Proof Set from Times Squares Store in Levittown once. They had a coin and stamp department.

    I don’t care if Walmart is selling for Apmex or selling Apmex owned coins, I wouldn’t buy any coins from Walmart or a company like them.

    Walmart is not selling coins. Like Amazon they allow others to market through their website and probably collect a percentage on all sales. And since they aren't the seller if you have a problem they aren't responsible, take it up with the actual seller.
