1991-D dime rim error?

    Yes me again and this time I think this is an actually error coin. Look at the rim. Let me know what you think??

    To me it looks like the rim in that area was struck by something that moved the metal. The more it’s pushed to the reverse the more lumpy the metal becomes. That makes me think damage.

    Not an actual error. Somebody used the dime as a screwdriver. This is PMD.
