RPM? I can't find a variety listed for this one... I saw one that has notched at the top and bottom split serifs but this one only has the bottom split. And would this be considered CCW? Thank you for your patience with my posts. And a big thank you for your input!

Coppercoins lists three for this date/mint and coneca lists one. That said, I agree regarding the OP coin, but haven't compared it to the aforementioned listings. The top serif appears, at least in your photo, to display a slight/minor "split" in addition to the much stronger notch on the lower. This can happen due to the second punch being slightly rotated compared to the first.
