Looks like a slight cutting error. But it is still within BEP guidelines. Spender.

 

I'd call it very poorly aligned but not bad enough to actually count as even a minor alignment error. Worth $20.

 

Because it is off the same amount on both the back and the front I am sticking with a cutting error.

I don’t consider it an error. Just poorly centered.

 

I don’t call it anything except a spender as it’s still within specs.
