Yes, because we wouldn't want to mistake it for all the other 1964-D Morgans out there.

Perhaps you missed the recent news where 1964D Morgan hubs were discovered in the vaults?

I must have missed the part where coins were made.

I'm speaking in a very specific sense.

That would be too easy and cost DC sales. The more we argue and ask him to do the right thing, the more he sells.

...which is why I try to do my part to perpetuate these useless discussions. :)

So then it IS a conspiracy theory to promote his sales? Mods? Annnnnnnd silence.

I have no vested physical or emotional interest in Dan Carr's success or lack thereof. What I do have is an enormous sense of amusement deriving from the fact that his most vocal haters are the ones providing him the most opportunity to make money by making him controversial. :)

Members (as long as the member is not associated with the business) can discuss coins/tokens/rounds/currency/... that are available for sales on a businesses wed site. They can do it every time a new item comes out. Another example of this is the Privateer series in the bullion forum.

These things are cool, but has anyone ever mentioned they are not U.S. Government issues and will probably follow what most other private issues do and sell for melt eventually.

Yes and DC is the winner.

Eh, you must not follow his work. Most of his stuff has gone up over time.
