    I see some damage. Those circular rings on the center of the coin, i think are from a press for a coin roll or something.... I forget what they were. Other members should know what im talking about, maybe lol

    No, that strongly detracts from value. A TPG would slab this coin as "Details," and the retail value would (roughly) halve from an undamaged coin in the same grade.

    Perhaps think of it this way... would you pay up for a car that has been in a flood and displays water damage, or a house that just had a tree fall on it? Of course not, and the same is true with coins. If people would pay more for damage, it would be in a seller's best interest to intentionally damage his wares and reap the rewards, right?
