    Looks like Franz II (Austria / HRE).

    Joe, it's quite simple actually. You posted a coin with about the most minimal remnants remaining, and a mere 74 minutes later, @derkerlegand nailed the answer! Very impressive. You should consider the "Lol" & the "Damn" as one post!

    Nicely done. I knew it was 18th century, but was thinking French. There was so very little to go on with this. I think you're right, based on that silhouette alone.

    Given the diameter of ~20mm, perhaps it is an Austrian half-kreuzer. That seems to have been a one-year type, dated 1800, though there may be other coins that fit the criteria.
