I always think I have every coin from all countries but then I find new ones I've never seen before This evening I checked the reject tray of a local Coinstar machine and found the following two coins to add to my collection. One thing the ad engines definitely do is match keywords in the pages where they're inserting the ads. Not sure how many people looking at pages that mention Russia are actually looking for "hot Russian singles", but the ad companies aren't getting paid their thousandth of a cent to make that kind of judgement call.
Those girly click bait ads must be getting a lot of traffic off this site. I used to get insurance ads, social security ads, and pharmaceutical ads. I never click on any of them. Lately all the ads seem to be like the one below. I miss those click bait ads for those funny signs . . . . Z
I see no ads (I run noscript), and I had nothing to do with that. It was probably triggered locally by AI reading 'Russia' and 'USSR', or however those ad placements work. Edit; Oh, I finally looked at the mentioned ad screen grab. It's possibly triggered by 'Dominican Republic.' Who knows? I'm just thankful for Noscript for Firefox. It's a bit of a pain to often have to hand-pick what shows and what doesn't if everything doesn't show up on a site, but since I visit so few sites, it's not too much of a problem.
