Just to be clear I was being a touch glib saying SNAD. Like Superdave alluded to, you can initiate a return for any reason. If you feel you need to give a reason you can say that when you went out to your mailbox to get it there was a cloud that looked like a dragon and you hate dragons

Yes I cropped the pics, what you're seeing is the seller's hand.

This actually isn't an eBay coins, it's a buddy of mine trying to trade me for some silver ATB quarters trying to convince me that the 21 is a 65. What bothers me the most is the color/lack of luster on the pic...but in his defense it was a "here, take a look at this" kind of pic over Facebook messenger...

I actually think the coin is probably problem free, but not a 65. I'm holding out for this and another Peace dollar that he has.

You do know that dull and lifeless luster is rampant with 21 morgans right?

I can't really expect conclusive opinions of luster from these images. It's likely subdued, but between the colored background screwing up contrast and white balance, the odd lighting and poor camera work, nothing is sure.

To my wallet, a raw MS65 1921-P is not so much as a $100 coin, anyway.

I appreciate the fact that you know how to judge a coin by its pic ;)
