    Looks Celtic to me. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will weigh in.

    Sceats are usually two-sided and with the animal a little more robust.

    Reminds me more of circa late 14th/early 15th century eastern Europe. But that is just a wild guess.

    Indeed, a sceat has 2 sides, as for Eastern Europe i'm not sure! Still no luck with the research yet!
