Interesting lot seems to have a Tibet, India?, and some temple tokens. Valuable? I have no idea, but I'm sure that someone more knowledgeable than I will.
I can get them for cheap but I got so much going on with my own coins I don't have time for these coins but if they're worth money I'll grab them and they'll throw them in a box

Some are Indian temple tokens, Dutch East Indies, India and Indian Princely States. Can't really ID them with just one side. Whether it's worth buying depends on the price. You seem like you don't care about them and just want them if they're valuable. I'm guessing a lot aren't in great shape. If it's less than $10 it's probably worthwhile. I can't say beyond that.
Not worth it but if you can get them cheap enough, under $10.00, there are some interesting ones in that lot.
