    I'd rather much sell on USA Coin Book but I'm a little impatient in selling my duplicate coins.

    Pam, something else you should be aware of is that a few years ago a law was passed that says that sites like eBay, Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, etc. have to report your income to the IRS if you sell $600 or more in a year. If you are selling silver coins it can add up pretty quickly. Technically if it's your friend's coins then it's their tax obligation but in the eyes of the IRS it would be yours and you'll have to deal with it. For this reason I personally would hesitate to sell someone else's coins for them now.

    If you sold at a coin shop you wouldn't have this tax issue but you also wouldn't get as much money because coin shops don't usually value foreign coins the way that people who collect them do.

    Thank you! I have also seen a report about venmo etc… spelled wrong, they would make people pay tax anything over that amount as well.
