    Pineapple means welcome! Maybe that’s why they put the pineapple.

    Pineapple also meant you were wealthy back in the early part of our history. While visiting mansions in Williamsburg, Va many years ago, a guide told us about this. Much of the furniture and molding around doors had pineapples carved into them.

    Cool! When I bought a home in TN, down the hill entering my driveway were two pineapples. At first I stated, why? lol! It was nice after I realized meanings of it.

    Yes it was two huge stoned tall pillars I guess u would say with the pineapples on top.
