    Being in the South, I suspect that Canadian coins are not all that common, especially older specimens. Up North, we see a fair share of them...more so when they were still coining cents there. Now it's a more infrequent event.

    That said, I collect them and was able to put together a solid album from CRH finds and with some help from fellow collectors there. Fun coins to collect. I have both Cents and Nickels albums going. Only a few holes left.

    Wow Panzer! You have 2 of the most noted numismatists in Canadian history on your coin. Congrats!

    Here is a photo of our old collecting gang here in the T.O. area. Sid Belzberg is 2nd from the right top row. Far right top is Rob Turner, the 5-book author/researcher on Canadian large cents. Bob Forbes (ex RCNA pres) is partially hidden by the large guy in blue. I'm far left with a brew. All,or most have been frequent posters on this site
