Alright I want to ask other questions besides just GTG but maybe I will just ask them from the experts that do the guessing. I tried like crazy to show this coin in a different light. So here are the best that I have gotten.
It is a difficult coin to photo.

    And a third

I know grading proofs from photos. There are zero hairlines that I can find. I know that @GDJMSP likes a proof Walker.

Blazing, booming, lustrous, lovely. That's why they're so danged difficult to photog.....they knock the eyes out of the lens. Send it to me and I'll do a 'have at it'. devil.gif

Thats no joke. Be careful of what you ask for. I might just do that. ;)
If the coin was raw I think I could do better.
I have no place for it if I did.

PF 65 ...a bit of a wilder guess than usual as proofs are tough to grade from photos (just like you mentioned). I don't think it makes cameo (the sun is one quick place to look for that plus Walkers in cameo aren't common). Overall, it looks like a very nice coin!

I agree. Hard to take Pics of and harder to grade from just Pics.
    I'll guess anyways. PF66. thumb.gif

Went 66. Tough call from pics. One set I'd say cam. The next not quite it's a high end proof from what I can tell

Sorry, but I couldn't/wouldn't even hazard a guess as to grade. At the same time I feel fairly confident in saying there's no Cameo effect and that the coin is showing signs of die wear, not a lot but there is some there. And with a Proof, normally that would, or should, preclude anything higher than a 64. That's about the best I can do for ya.

    Given this -

    - what do "they" say it is ?

My initial impression was PF65. Your assertion that there are no hairlines makes me want to go higher but I think I am going to go with my gut. There is some cameo contrast but not enough to warrant a CAMEO designation.

    PF65

Proof 66. The obverse showed a bit of die polishing in Liberty's outstretched hand. The reverse shows a little weakness in the feathers of the right leg. Overall, a very nice coin. Not a cameo. I'll take your word on no hairlines. Voted 66 and proof.

I knew you wouldn't hazard a guess. I don't think you ever have given your grade in one of these. I tagged you because of that little tidbit of information you responded with Thanks.
I will post the grade in the morning, it's been a long day.

Alright here are the full slab pics. After all the guess's here and little bits of info. I am at the point that there just isn't enough frost to the devices. As far as the slight roughness to the highpoints of the devices. I have seen many of these proofs with the same roughness. All in all, I am happy with the coin and the grade. The fields are heavily mirrored and have very little radiating die wear.

Thanks for guessing. I will have my eyes out for more on this 6 year proof set.

I think @ddddd nailed the reason for no cameo, the sun just has no frost. And if this coin was graded PF66 back in the 90's it is probably dynamite, would look great with a CAC sticker.
