In my oppinion it is TH-DDO-001. Here an brief description for:
    Cross Reference: VAM 3, 4
Description: Class V, Pivoted Hub Doubling.
Doubling is seen on D of GOD, WE, chin, nose, eyelids, forehead, lips, chin, several rays in the tiara, and the hair behind the eyes.
    Die Markers:
    Obverse - None noted.
    Reverse - None noted.
Comments: -This obverse was paired with two reverses. VAM 3 is a reverse that contains a medium 'D' mint mark. VAM 4 is a reverse with a small 'D' mint mark, and is worth much more.

From Flynn page 618 Top 20th Century Die Varieties. This TH (Hub doubling) it is pair with two different VAM's 3 and 4. In this case it is pair with VAM 3. TH prefix I think was attribute by Breen (not 100% sure)
