I can see enough red to consider it at RB.
    I could only wish!
    Nice!
When it sells is it going to be posted what a 66 RB is worth? Or, do we just Guess?

Yes but I meant high dollar being sold below comparable for a quick sale or at book or above where it may sit until it finds the right buyer

When I showed it to Mark Salzburg in Anaheim, he said his first inclination was to give it a 66 BN Star grade, but after another 10 seconds of looking he said, "Ok, 66 RB, you got it. If it had a touch more red on the obverse I'd give it the star, too!"

The owner is hoping to get double the retail NGC price guide for a 66 RB. That's because he paid a boatload for it. He figures NGC will price it at about $3500, but they have yet to post a price or add it to the population.

3500 is what coin world has for a 65R,
    I know I am mixing a little,
But, for a one and only,
I think there should be atleast 5 figures.

I'm sure there is some difference between the picture and in hand. If he saw some red, then I guess I can live with it lol

The 18-D is very pretty and I saw it listed on eBay yesterday. Because I don't see it as RB(from these photos) combined with the strike issues(LDS), I just can't see it ever crossing. The hits might be acceptable, hard to tell for sure from the photos. Sure is pretty though.

What's the reasoning behind crossing it? It's already in a top TPG holder.
