Check this supposed back to front offset printing error where the bck is printed in black and white. I wonder which printer he used. /www.ebay.com/itm/325982094484?hash=item4be60c0494:g:rEwAAOSwDuNlouvM&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAA4Jc3UhnA0cQiC5tdKsSXLUUuSyROOZUphQzV4uuPcnNo5zu2w%2FindK9o5jqP3AQgEf6OeRCgfxzwX7sLo6m3lre4dMuDPffc2m8ocVFd0pPH7ac20gkB1rzTOx1dREuGt78VzYpf3tJqVbIN%2F7fnvR8d%2BPaEUa%2FJUHPj8E9JA1Npa529mWKp7vPAnvR9fBdWotSGyms%2FwmNcrpTde5xsATo2El6ljzXBq8oMo3pPkPOtRgu8B5m87HLIBZFVCl9%2B%2FU%2FKl%2FKjEY3pP51wf5r92%2F5ktAtLMVKKtMxGt0AUEDwO%7Ctkp%3ABk9SR8Tn9pepYw
Nice eye, I find it funny that the seller did not even orientate it properly. This specific seller has been on my "don't buy from" list for awhile now. Too much funny business going on in his "shop".
Yes, it should be backwards. and it should also be green! This was obviously made on a copying machine using black ink.
I agree but cannot blame the good sellers for the odd scammer. There are plenty of decent sellers on the platform (you just have to be vigilant & know what type of red flags to look for so you can spot/avoid the bad apples). I honestly would rather purchase a few UNC notes from a "power seller" than the majority of online coin shops with overpriced listings. Private sales: My favourite way of buying is from other collectors. That's how I built my collection years ago. I purchased many World lots about 5 or 6 years ago & can now sell my duplicates for less than most eBay sellers (& cover my expenses). Nobody's getting rich - its just part of the hobby for me.
